Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the performance to collect your tickets. Tickets once sold cannot be refunded or exchanged, even if they have not been used by the ticket holder. Refunds or exchanges are only possible in the event of a performance cancellation. In case of late arrival, entry may be refused and tickets will not be refunded. Any ticket not collected 5 minutes before the start of the performance will be cancelled.<\/p>\n
