Having managed a tavern in the Mons region before entering the cultural world, they then brought their expertise to the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l&#8217;Ancre in Charleroi, working alongside the staff, actors, and audience members. Feeding people in the context of live performance is their <em>core business.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>THE OFFER<\/h3>\n<p>At Les Doms, Virginie and Philippe offer hearty, regional cuisine rooted in seasonal ingredients: fresh vegetables, grilled arrosticini, cheese boards, wraps, and salads. At the bar, beers from the Belgian brewery Lupulus pay homage to their origins, alongside local staples: PAC \u00e0 l\u2019eau and pastis.<\/p>\n<h3>Open from July 4th to 25th<\/h3>\n<p>Open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. (closed on Wednesdays), Les Escaliers is the perfect spot to take a break between shows, work, socialize, or extend your evening.<\/p>\n<h4>\nAnd on Tuesdays, July 7, 14, and 21, festive evenings will punctuate the month with a few Belgian surprises yet to be revealed.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Because encounters at Les Doms also happen offstage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LET BELGIAN CHARM SPICE UP YOUR SUMMER !
